Belle's BBQ specializes in hickory and apple-wood smoked pork, poultry
and barbequed ribs. All are slow cooked in an 8 foot custom-built,
rotisserie barbeque pit smoker. Belle's uses only natural, North Carolina
raised Niman Ranch pork. The free-range pigs are fed no hormones or
antibiotics. Guests can enjoy Belle's pork with tomato, vinegar, or
mustard-based saunces. Belle's BBQ ribs are slow cooked with exclusive
ingredients and preparation techniques that give its meaty, tender
ribs a flavor all their own. The ribs, which are specially cut to
Belle's specifications, are cooked long and slow in the hickory fired
pit, and smothered in Belle's special barbeque sauce.
